In May of 1998, Euramtec Corporation and Prima Srl of Italy entered into a joint venture agreement and formed Prima America Corp.

The Purpose of Prima America is to market and industrialize in North America the line of products currently designed and manufactured by Prima of Italy

We firmly believe that this addition to our group will benefit our customers allowing Prima America to become a valuable supplier of interior lighting, air distribution, and other systems to the transportation industry
